this is nice; do we need to adjust anything on db tables?

Thanks for the review @jmaher :) no this limit already exists in the DB tables. We've just never added the limit to our artifact schema. This caused some failures on the mozilla-central side where some data was not being ingested and there were no errors thrown there. |

There is currently no limit set in our artifact schema, but there is a limit in the DB. This patch changes the schema to reflect the limit in our DB.
